Submit a Data Collection
Fill out the form below and then scan the directory containing your collection. Every byte of scanning
happens locally in your browser โ nothing is uploaded. Your new entry is added directly on top of the
access card database you loaded โ when you're done you'll get an updated database.json.
Return that file to the AITR BoD so it can be redistributed.
Where does my data go?
Nothing leaves your machine during the scan. The tool only records metadata about your files
(names, paths, sizes, timestamps) โ not file contents. Your new collection is appended directly to the
access card database already loaded in this session, and the download button gives you that whole
updated database.json โ not just your one entry. Return it to the AITR BoD so the shared
catalog can be redistributed.
